About this file

This document appears to be a set of Post Site Visit Requests for Information (RFIs) related to a potential Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) task order at the James J. Rowley Training Center, which is owned and operated by the U.S. Secret Service (USSS).

The key details include:

  • The USSS is interested in pursuing an ESPC project at the Rowley Training Center and has invited current holders of the Department of Energy (DOE) Fourth Generation ESPC Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to express interest in being considered for the contractor selection.
  • The scope of the potential task order includes the buildings and facilities at the Rowley Training Center.
  • The RFIs cover various facility-related information such as utility data, lighting, O&M support, and occupancy patterns to help inform the potential ESPC project.
  • The USSS prefers an ESPC term of 10 years or less and is interested in eliminating the use of natural gas at the building level, though retaining natural gas generators.
