1. Introduction
The United States Secret Service (Secret Service) has developed the Operational Medicine Division (OMD) to enhance operational resilience and ensure mission success by delivering exceptional advanced medical capabilities and coverage. The division provides comprehensive medical support for protective operations, special events, training, and field operations. Through innovation, education, and collaboration, OMD aims to set the standard for law enforcement medicine, safeguard the health and readiness of personnel, and uphold the highest quality standards in medical care and compliance.
To support this mission, the Secret Service requires the design, construction, and installation of a modular EMS station at the Rowley Training Center (RTC) in Beltsville, MD.
This facility will serve as a centralized hub for emergency medical response, protective medicine, and EMS training operations.
This is a non-personal services contract to provide a modular EMS Station. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
