About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) regarding the migration of its Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) system from an on-premises Genesys PureConnect system to a cloud-based Genesys Cloud CX software-as-a-service solution.

The RFI seeks information from vendors on their experience with migrating contact center solutions to the cloud, integrating with Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms, implementing a solution to minimize downtime and impact on ongoing operations, and providing training and support. Vendors are asked to provide a capability statement, describe their background, and answer specific questions related to the migration project. Responses to the RFI are due by October 4, 2024, and will be used by the USPTO to determine qualified vendors for a potential future solicitation using an alternative competition method. The RFI does not commit the government to any contract award.
