Rosa Gallardo

Amendment No.1 is Extending Solicitation Due date to August 9, 2023 and responding to questions. Question 1: "What is meant by DVD, FTP? Are these the formats proposed for transmitting data". Response 1:The court requires a secure FTP site to retrieve the final jury wheel data. The Source Lists data and Merge Lists data are to be copied onto a CD or DVD for the Court's record. Question 2: "We had trouble locating the Jury Plan on the CACD website. Can that be provided as an addendum for our review? Reponse 2: The Jury Plan can be located on the CACD website http://www.cacd.uscourts.gov/court-procedures/general-orders?field_gocategory_tid=108. Question 3: Is the Court also providing #10 left window envelopes? Is that what you meant to write in C.18.b? C.18.b and C.18.a both say "Forms". Continue to page 2 for questions and responses

Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract; USDC24_MAILINGSERVICES

Response 3: Yes, the court will provide #9 and #10 envelopes.

Question 4: The different mailings have different components (e.g. Reminder Letters use the Contractor's paper vs Summons is printed on a Court-provided form). Is there a way to break out a separate unit price for each of the mailings or do we simply take a weighted average and apply it to the 225,000?

Response 4: The price can be provided per mailing as listed in the RFP.

Question 5: In Table A.1, should the quantity for CT.104 be 3, similar to the other years?

Response 5: Yes

Question 6: What quantity should we assume for the Special Mailings? I have a unit price per piece, but I need to know the number of pieces to create the "Unit Price" per the table.

Response 6: A “Special Mailing” is one letter.
