USCIS FRAUD DETECTION AND NATIONAL SECURITY (FDSN) has a requirement to obtain AI event-based monitoring. The FDNS Intelligence Watch’s primary mission is facilitating a Watch and Warning function for FDNS and USCIS leadership. To facilitate that mission, the Intelligence Watch has determined a need to procure an AI platform that includes alert tools to monitor and report events that impact the immigration process related to national security concerns, criminal events, emerging threats, fraud, and force protection of USCIS personnel. The Intelligence Watch’s two main priorities were to gain a capability of social media event-based monitoring that didn’t violate privacy or social media operational use policies and acquire a tool that focused on events or threats that impacted USCIS’ mission without violating applicants, petitioners, or US Citizens privacy rights.

An 8(a) contractor has been identified.

Description: USCIS Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is seeking professional services to perform an organizational assessment of the OCFO. This would involve reviewing the organization's processes, work environment, and structure to identify areas of redundancy, inefficiency, gaps for opportunities to provide value that isn’t currently being filled, where technology can provide more complex and comprehensive support to the OCFO, and opportunities for better organizational partnerships and any other organizational challenges that if addressed would result in a more progressive and efficient OCFO. The Government plans to issue a direct award under the 8(a) program. A contractor has already been selected for this acquisition.

Description: As part of its Zero Trust (ZT) journey, USCIS has determined that it requires a broad range of services available to draw upon to support and augment ongoing USCIS efforts to achieve, maintain, continuously improve, and integrate ZT operational capabilities and solutions across ZT pillars, based on changes in prioritization and available funding. Existing contracts currently support limited USCIS ZT efforts across pillars and may be limited in scope, duration, or ceiling. Therefore, the purpose of this new ZT contract is to augment and work alongside existing support contracts, as well as expand ZT services to include enhanced capabilities and integration of operational capabilities and services across ZT pillars to allow USCIS to accelerate its ZT maturity beyond its current rate, and achieve and maintain White House, OMB, and DHS ZT maturity goals over the next two years.
