About this file

This document is a Question and Answer (Q&A) related to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for CLE Accreditation Services solicited by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC). The proposed solution must be FedRAMP authorized at the moderate impact level. Key details include:

The AOUSC is a single-activity CLE provider, currently accessing CLE sponsor portals in several states, but not set up for bulk importing of courses/attendance. They seek full course approval in all applicable states, though some programs are only offered in certain formats. They host approximately 65 programs per fiscal year, with certificates issued 15-30 days after program completion. The AOUSC currently uses event hosting platforms like CVENT for on-demand programs.
