4.2.6 All vehicles entering and exiting the base at the installation entry points and controlled/restricted areas contained therein are subject to inspection and/or search.

4.2.7 Failure to comply with random, command-directed inspections/searches may result in detainment, apprehension and/or debarment from the installation. Additionally, persons refusing to submit to command-directed random installation entry point checks will have their driving privileges suspended/revoked for one year. An immediate revocation/suspension letter will be issued.

All occupants should sit quietly while the national anthem is played and remain parked until the last note of “To The Colors” or the national anthem sounds (or the flag is fully raised or lowered).

All sporting or physical training activities will stop during Reveille and Retreat (if the flag is being raised or lowered) with proper honors shown to the flag. If the base flies the United States flag continuously for 24-hours with only Reveille or Retreat played, and there is no action (raising or lowering) the flag, individuals on foot are not required to stop and render proper courtesies (holding hand over heart). Reveille and Retreat on their own are bugle calls only. The playing of “To The Colors,” the national anthem or the raising or lowering of the flag, is what requires proper honors to be displayed to the flag – whether in a vehicle or on foot.

4.2.10 The contractor shall comply with Force Protection Condition (FPCON) procedures, Random Antiterrorism Measures (RAMS), and local search/identification requirements.
