Acceptance criteria require 100% of replaced hardware operational, ≥95% wireless coverage in validated areas, 100% cable certification pass rate, ≥99% infrastructure availability after 30-day stabilization, and 100% documentation accuracy. The contractor must expand infrastructure capacity at nurse stations, patient-facing areas, and high-dependency departments (Inpatient Mental Health, Emergency Department), and provide integration and validation for Centrak Asset Management, Centrak EM, Centrak PEW, and Juniper MIST systems. Services include survey and design, hardware installation, POE cable pulls, device configuration, engineer review, project management, certification and testing, and user acceptance testing. Work shall be performed Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM CST, excluding federal holidays. Personnel must be OEM-certified by Centrak with ≥2 years RTLS experience, and the contractor must maintain an established business with primary and backup field service engineers.
