About this file

This document is a detailed pricing sheet for the Efficiency Delivered Program (RFP18 4496) issued by Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) in Florida, designed to solicit pricing from licensed contractors for residential energy and water efficiency retrofit services. The program covers multiple home improvement measures including duct sealing, insulation, weatherization, water conservation fixtures, leak repairs, and equipment replacements. The pricing sheet provides unit pricing for 33 specific line items ranging from duct sealing and plumbing repairs to toilet replacements, bathroom exhaust fan installations, and attic insulation upgrades, with estimated units per home/job specified for each service.

The pricing sheet includes comprehensive details on technical specifications, such as requirements for WaterSense labeled fixtures, minimum flow rates, and energy efficiency standards. Pricing varies based on existing conditions, such as current attic insulation levels, with per-square-foot rates for raising insulation to R-30 or R-38 levels. The document notes that OUC will not pay to increase insulation levels in homes already at or above R-19, and all hourly work will be billed in 30-minute increments. The program targets residential customers within OUC's service territory, offering homeowners assistance in installing energy and water efficiency retrofits with a focus on reducing consumption and improving home performance.

Knee wall insulation will be priced at $40 per piece.

Again, this is a quote Ferran referenced us. We may want to omit the price in the RFP pricing sheet. We will also want to separate out a line item for this so vendors know to price it separately.
