RE: Notice of Intent to Award RFP 8252 Efficiency Delivered Program

This letter is to inform you that an award recommendation is being made for Efficiency Delivered Program based on RFP 8252 to Ferran Services & Contracting.

Should the recommendation be approved, a contract will be issued within several weeks, and a Purchase Order will follow.

The supplier shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights relating to the contract services until a contract containing terms and conditions acceptable to OUC is executed. If the apparent successful suppliers fail to negotiate and execute a contract with OUC, OUC may revoke the award and award the contract to the next highest ranked supplier or withdraw the RFP. OUC further reserves the right to cancel this Notice of Intent to Award at any time prior to the execution of a written contract.

Until the award is finalized, please direct all correspondence to me, cluttfring@ouc.com.

Sincerely, Cindy Luttfring, CPPB, NIGP-CPP Buyer of Record Orlando Utilities Commission
