About this file

This document is guidance provided by the agency for a two-person emergency preparedness backpack solicitation. The agency requires the backpacks to be red, canvas-fabric with the agency logo prominently displayed. The agency can only receive 700 of the 1,000 ordered backpacks at one time, with the 700 backpacks due no later than November 1, 2021. The delivery service must include white glove delivery to the agency floor and suite, and the delivery containers must be sturdy and durable for further transport throughout Massachusetts. The agency is requesting a photo of the proposed delivery containers.

The pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, and other salient details are not provided in this document. This appears to be a state-level contract opportunity in Massachusetts for the two-person emergency preparedness backpacks.
