About this file

This document is a market research survey from the Army's Unified Network Operations (UNO) program office, seeking information to inform the strategy for a possible follow-on Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract for UNO capabilities. The survey requests company information, interest in competing as a prime or sub-contractor for various capability areas such as managed data, ICAM implementation, tactical and enterprise network operations, software integration, data analytics, and digital transformation. It also seeks feedback on on-ramping and off-ramping of vendors during contract performance. The government plans to utilize a MAC IDIQ contract vehicle and establish multiple vendor pools based on the capability areas. Responses to the survey are due by May 3, 2024. This survey is part of market research efforts for a potential future solicitation, W15P7T-24-UNORFI2, which covers the Unified Network Operations (UNO) requirement under the Army's network modernization plan.

MARKET RESEARCH SURVEY

As acquisition lead for Army’s Unified Network Operations ( 0FUNO)1 capability, PdM Tactical Cyber Network Operations (TCNO) is issuing this survey to gather information to inform the strategy for a possible Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) FAR-based Contract UNO follow-on procurement to address the UNO requirement.

Currently PdM TCNO is evaluating White Papers to award multiple OTA awards for the competitive prototyping of UNO LTT/UTT (Lower Tier Tactical / Upper Tier Tactical).

The upcoming MA IDIQ would have a much broader scope to include Army’s enterprise network operations capabilities.

We request submission of the survey response by May 3, 2024 by 5:00 PM EDT.
