Questions and Answers #2 Note: Questions are not altered. Therefore, if questions were submitted with typos, they appear as such.

Question: Regarding the Ops Center. If the need for personnel reduces for the Ops Center and the amount of connections reduces, can the Ops Center be moved to a smaller room?

Answer: No, it’s not the amount of folks working in the Ops Center, it’s about the number of bags being stored, and the amount of students awaiting to depart for visits.

Question: If it can be moved to a smaller room, what size will the room need to be?

Answer: Room shall be no smaller than 3,250sq ft. Unless we get a second secure room for luggage that is close to the Ops center.

Question: If it cannot be moved to a smaller room, what are the reasons why?

Answer: Participants bags need to be stored there on day one until rooms are ready and on the final day prior to departure. This is also the room that all groups will meet up in prior to departing for visits each day.

Question: I imagine the additional computers and other unnecessary equipment will be taken down by the Ops Center staff on Friday. If so, what remaining equipment will The Ops Center have?

Answer: The Ops center will have a couple computers, internet and a printer up on Friday evening and Saturday morning. If it is NECESSARY for us to give up the television and internet, we will. We use that primarily for situational awareness (News stations).
