Interested vendors must submit an EOI by June 26, 2026, to Chase.Egbert@inl.gov that includes company name and point of contact, description of software solutions offered, system capabilities and deployment models, relevant experience with similar higher education or employee-benefit systems, cybersecurity and compliance details, integration capabilities with HRIS/ERP/learning systems, licensing model and support structure, applicable NAICS codes and business size classification, and information demonstrating product maturity and customer success. Responses marked as proprietary or business sensitive will be protected accordingly. BEA will select qualified vendors from EOI responses to invite for participation in an anticipated Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for final award consideration.
