TSC IFB2027000049 AFB-Berg Windows

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) document issued by the Colorado state procurement agency for the acquisition of AFB-Berg windows. The procurement seeks to obtain windows for state facilities, with the bidding process governed by standard Colorado procurement regulations. The document outlines the technical specifications, delivery requirements, and contractual terms applicable to window supply and potential installation services. Specific response dates, due dates for bid submission, site visit information, and any scheduled bidders' conferences are detailed within the document to facilitate vendor participation. The contract award and term provisions, including any renewal options, establish the duration and conditions under which the selected vendor will provide the requested windows to the state.

The pricing structure and payment terms for this procurement are established through the competitive bid process, with vendors required to submit cost proposals in accordance with the IFB specifications. The document specifies any applicable set-asides, incumbent contractor information if relevant, and current environmental or operational factors affecting the procurement. Funding sources and budget allocations for the window acquisition are identified to ensure compliance with state appropriations and financial management requirements. Additional salient information regarding delivery timelines, quality assurance standards, and vendor qualifications may be included to support the state's evaluation and selection of the most responsive and responsible bidder.
