This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) response related to a Request for Information (RFI) for the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) Command, Control, Communications, Cyber, Collaboration Support (C5S) requirement.

The Q&A clarifies details about the RFI, such as where to include certain information in the response, the ability for subcontractors to participate in one-on-one meetings, and the use of existing contract vehicles. The anticipated transition period is 01 July 2025 to 31 July 2025, with a base period of performance from 01 August 2025 to 31 July 2026 and four 1-year option periods.
