About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for a Trace Carbon Monoxide Monitor. The Illinois EPA is seeking quotes for a monitor that meets specific technical requirements, including U.S. EPA equivalency approval, a range of 0-100 ppm, and Ethernet capabilities for remote operation and data output. The RFQ provides details on the minimum specifications and requirements for the monitor, as well as instructions for submitting quotes electronically or via email. The quote due date is June 17, 2019, at 8:00 AM CST, and the winning vendor will be selected based on the lowest total bid for all products and services.

The RFQ includes pricing terms, such as a requirement for quoted prices to be valid for 30 days and to include shipping and handling charges. The agency reserves the right to reject all offers, award by item, or waive minor defects. The agreement is contingent upon the availability of sufficient funds, and the agency or the vendor may terminate or suspend the agreement in the event of a funding failure.
