TO: ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS
FROM: GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA)
SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) #TQ2006MCB0002
The GSA Small Business GWAC Center is issuing this small business set-aside competitive RFP to solicit proposals to provide Federal government agencies with long term, integrated, Information Technology (IT) solutions on a global basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541512 -- Computer Systems Design Services.
This acquisition will be conducted using FAR Part 15 competitive negotiation selection procedures, utilizing the “best value” trade-off approach. Offerors shall submit one (1) electronic proposal, according to the specific proposal instructions in RFP Section L.12. All information shall be provided on CD-R (not CD-RW) compact disks. Proposals are due no later than 1:30 P.M., Central Standard Time (CST), on November 17, 2006.

It is the Offerors responsibility to: (1) read the RFP and all related documents carefully and completely; (2) ensure/verify that the Government receives their proposal on or before the date/time specified; and (3) monitor the FedBizOpps website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) for any information on the RFP on a regular basis.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted on Thursday, October 12, 2006, via a live videoconference webcast beginning at (To Be Determined). Offerors may submit questions before or during the live webcast. Questions shall be submitted by e-mail directly to sbgwac@gsa.gov or by calling in during the live webcast at (To Be Determined). The webcast time and phone number, and any additional information, will be posted on
FEDBIZOPPS.
The Government will accept questions regarding the RFP until close-of-business on October 16, 2006, CST. Questions with the Government’s responses will be posted on the
FedBizOpps website. Please be advised that the Government reserves the right to transmit those questions and answers of common interest to all prospective Offerors.
