1. Can we get pictures of the STP Sumps as discussed when on location.
VA RESPONSE: See attached 6 pictures
2. Reference from the solicitation: Does 5.2 on page 14 need to be conducted yearly or as need? Reason we are asking is in the state of Michigan some of these items are every 3-years.
VA RESPONSE: It is needed this year, then again in 2028.
3. Do we need to sample the tanks during every B-Inspection and have them testing per the requirements on page 16?
VA RESPONSE: Next due 1/10/2026
4. Will the documentation be provided on site for us to fill out, or do we need to supply them?
VA RESPONSE: The documents for the Quarterly and the Annual reports have been updated in your SOW and the attachment
5. PEI RP 900 is a monthly checklists. This is usually something the site handles. Is going to be a requirement of the contract, and if so do we need to supply 3 people or is one enough for the inspection?
VA RESPONSE: Monthly UST inspections are completed by our Energy Center employees who have UST Operator Class C. no need for the contractor to do the Monthly inspection
