Requirements include daily water sampling and testing, maintaining chlorination levels, routine maintenance and repairs, coordinating major work with contractors, and daily testing at a wildlife facility. The related solicitation will be issued on March 26th for a firm fixed price service contract, with an estimated value between $1 million to $5 million. Questions are due by April 3rd and responses will be provided by April 8th. The solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses. Evaluation criteria are past performance, experience, and price, with non-price factors being more important than price. The contract will be awarded by April 30th.
