About this file

This technical exhibit outlines seventeen key performance standards for a range support services contract with the Department of the Army. The standards require the contractor to report all accidents, provide physically capable personnel, submit monthly status reports, perform basic equipment diagnostics and maintenance, operate live fire targets according to commands, work 8-hour swing shifts, conduct range walks and maintenance, coordinate daily with range managers, and inform managers of any schedule changes. The contractor must meet each performance standard with zero deviations to avoid financial disincentives recorded in the contractor performance assessment reporting system.

The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the US Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command for range support services at Fort Bragg, NC. Eligible 8(a) small businesses may compete for the contract, and a mandatory site visit will be held on April 13, 2022 to view the range locations. Offerors must submit attendee names in advance and are limited to two individuals including one subcontractor. Questions must be submitted in writing as no oral statements will constitute a solicitation amendment.
