About this file
This document outlines the technical evaluation rating criteria for a federal contract opportunity. The criteria are defined as "High Confidence", "Some Confidence", and "Low Confidence", which assess the government's level of confidence in the contractor's understanding of the requirements, proposed approach, and likelihood of successful performance.
The related federal contract opportunity is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for janitorial services in support of Disaster 4724 in Hawaii. The solicitation is a small business set-aside, with the key evaluation factors being experience/technical competence, price, delivery schedule, and past performance. The successful offeror will be awarded a fixed-price contract based on best value to the government.
