The initial contract term is 24 months with an optional 24-month renewal. The technical specifications detail requirements for the chassis, cab, fuel tank, electrical system, tires/wheels, axles, brake system, engine, exhaust system, transmission, flatbed, flatbed components, towing, crane, outriggers, and hydraulic system. The specifications also outline requirements for lighting, installation, exterior finish, and publications to be provided with the trucks.

The solicitation seeks options for various crane capacities and reach lengths, as well as additional features such as a wireless remote system, boom-mounted winch, additional tool circuits, front and rear-mounted winches, and ratcheting winch options. Pricing for the base truck and these options must be provided by the vendors. The trucks are intended to have a GVWR of 41,000 lbs and meet various other technical requirements outlined in the detailed specifications.
