About this file
This document appears to be a set of Questions and Answers related to a procurement issued by the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) for Project TCSG-419-DP. The project involves the renovation and expansion of an existing building, including approximately 75,000 square feet of renovation and 25,820 square feet of new construction. The scope includes exterior renovations, site work, and new mechanical systems. The program will expand the college's existing Computer Science programs to include Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Manufacturing, Cyber Security, and various media/production technologies. Interviews for shortlisted firms will be conducted in-person at the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) office.
The document indicates that structural engineering services may be required, and the extent of MEP/FP services is still to be determined, though new mechanical systems will need to tie into the existing infrastructure. Audio/visual and low-voltage services are also anticipated. Funding sources and requirements are not specified, and there is no information provided about pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, or the current contract environment.
