About this file

The file is a product specification sheet for the Tactical Aviation Ground Refueling System (TAGRS), a mobile refueling system designed for expeditionary military operations. The TAGRS is a comprehensive, integrated system consisting of a trailer, fuel pump, collapsible fabric tanks, fuel hoses, filter separator, fire extinguisher, and necessary adapters. Key specifications include an Ohler Model 36 aluminum pump with a Hatz IB50 engine, capable of pumping 250 GPM at 30 PSI and 155 GPM at 50 PSI, with a maximum pressure of 70 PSI. The system features two fuel bladders that can collectively store 6,000 gallons of fuel, meeting MIL-PRF-32233C standards.

The system is specifically designed for tactical mobility, capable of being towed by an Ultralight Tactical Vehicle (ULTV) and transported in and out of CH-53 and MV-22 aircraft. It includes 300 feet of 2" lay flat hoses with cam-lock ends and 30 feet of hard suction hose. The trailer is constructed of industrial-strength aluminum, features 32" off-road run-flat tires, and has dimensions of 59.5" wide, 80" long, and 60" high, with an approximate weight of 2,450 lbs. This system is part of a pre-solicitation sources sought opportunity by the Department of the Air Force Special Operations Command, seeking a refueling solution that can be employed as a fully integrated system or with components operated independently.
