Pricing is based on unit prices for calibration of devices and ductwork/casing pressure testing (quoted per hour) and additional trips to the job site (quoted per trip), with all labor, materials, supplies, services, overhead, and profit included in the unit prices. The TAB agency may submit invoices for partial payments up to 90 percent of the contract amount pending acceptance of completed work by the A/E Project Design Engineer, with the remaining 10 percent contingent upon final acceptance. Invoices and change orders must be submitted through the eComm system under "6.12 Invoice for TAB Services" and will proceed through engineer review and acceptance before payment is released. The document notes that there are no allowances in the project and that repeated testing or additional services due to equipment not being ready or failing initial tests will be back-charged by change order from the General Contractor's contract. Daily reports must document all time spent and indicate which items are repeats, not ready, or failed for back-charge purposes.
