STATEMENT OF WORK

U.S. Customs and Border Protection

BACKGROUND

U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Air and Marine previously designated a temporary site for the National Air Security Operations Center-Sierra Vista (NASOC-SV) on Fort Huachuca, Libby Army Airfield, Arizona. The programs run operations from a temporary hangar and mobile offices at the edge of Libby Army Airfield. CBP provides office space in the form of office trailers with electric and air-conditioning to meet the needs of aircraft maintainers.

OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE

The purpose of this procurement is to rent two (2) office trailers. One will be a triple-wide trailer with two bathrooms, kitchenette, fourteen (14) workstations, conference area with table and chairs, and four (4) offices with furniture to accommodate two (2) employees per office. The second trailer will be a double-wide trailer with kitchenette and two offices, open floor plan and no furniture needed. This trailer’s location does not have water so no bathrooms or sinks are needed.

SCOPE

The contractor is to provide one triple wide (60x36) office trailer with furniture for fourteen (14) workstations and four (4) offices that can accommodate two (2) supervisors and conference area. This trailer will have two (2) doors - one with steps and one with ADA compliant ramp. The 2nd trailer will be a double wide (60x24) office trailer with designated offices but no furniture and two doors – one with steps and one with ADA compliant ramp.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

Base Term (12 months) - September 15, 2025 – September 14, 2026 Option year 1 – September 15, 2026 – September 14, 2027 Option year 2 – September 15, 2027 – September 14, 2028 Option year 3 – September 15, 2028 – September 14, 2029 Option year 4 – September 15, 2029 – September 14, 2030
