About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a specialized training and equipment installation contract for NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) involving Thermomechanical Analysis (TMA) systems. The vendor will provide five days of on-site services for ten MSFC employees, including comprehensive training on SETARAM and SETSAFE Evolution systems, equipment calibration, and installation of new components. Specific deliverables include installation of a TMA module, Setsys Evo instrument with software, two temperature control devices with 1600°C range, and a calibration report for the existing TMA instrument.

The contract requires the vendor's instructors to be certified with extensive experience in TMA systems, and mandates compliance with NASA safety regulations and metrology policies (NPR 8735.2 and NASA-STD-8739.12). MSFC will provide access to existing equipment and facilities for installation and training. The exact dates are to be determined, but all tasks must be completed within a five-day period, with training and services to be delivered on-site at the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center.
