About this file

This document is a Bid Amendment for Bid Solicitation #25DPP01149 T3157 issued by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury's Division of Purchase and Property for bottled spring water procurement on behalf of Distribution and Support Services (DSS). The solicitation seeks a vendor to supply 16.9 fluid ounce bottled spring water packaged in 24-bottle cases, with an estimated total quantity of 383,040 cases over a three-year contract period. The original quote submission deadline of March 14, 2025, has been extended to March 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. The contract includes specific requirements for water quality, packaging, and delivery, mandating that orders be fulfilled within 15 calendar days and delivered Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM at the West Trenton, NJ location.

The estimated contract value is approximately $1,100,000 over the initial three-year term, with potential for up to three additional one-year extensions. The procurement will result in a single contract award based on firm fixed pricing per case, including all delivery costs. Bidders must provide bottled spring water that meets EPA and FDA quality standards, has a minimum 18-month shelf life, and is packaged in BPA-free PET plastic bottles with screw caps. The amendment includes detailed answers to potential bidder questions, clarifications on submission requirements, and specifications for product configuration, emphasizing that only 16.9 oz bottles in 24-bottle cases will be accepted. Vendors must complete comprehensive documentation, including various state-required forms such as the Ownership Disclosure Form and Certification of Non-Involvement in Prohibited Activities.
