About this file
This bid amendment from the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property modifies the original bid solicitation #25DPP01106 (T3145) for Automatic Brine Production Plant Systems statewide. The amendment extends the quote opening date from December 17, 2024, to January 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The contract is for a four-year base term with the option of up to three one-year extensions. The amendment includes technical clarifications regarding equipment specifications, notably allowing single point level sensors as an alternative to pressure transducers for salt brine holding tanks, and accepting sloped floors with cleanout doors as an acceptable alternative to flush mechanisms.
The amendment provides administrative clarification that all quotes must be submitted electronically through NJSTART, and bidders must include a signed Specification Conformance Certification with their submission. The document addresses various procedural questions about PDF document access, quote submission review processes, and exceptions to standard terms and conditions. While the amendment does not specify pricing terms or set-asides, it emphasizes that bidders should carefully review all attached documents before submission and clarifies that the contract dates shown in NJSTART should be disregarded in favor of the terms stated in Section 5.1 of the bid solicitation.
