About this file
This document is Bid Amendment #5 for Bid Solicitation #19DPP00325 T-2010 for Administrative Services for Section 125 Flexible Spending Accounts issued by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property, Procurement Bureau. The amendment extends the quote submission due date to May 24, 2019, provides answers to vendor questions, and refers bidders to the revised bid solicitation document for all changes. The contract opportunity is for the State of New Jersey, with Mercer County and Trenton City as the local jurisdictions involved.
The contract is for administrative services for Section 125 Flexible Spending Accounts. The state is unwilling to accept certain vendor-requested exceptions related to data transfer, security requirements, and multi-tenant delivery systems. Clarification is provided on the current interface process with employers, including the use of a file transfer program portal and electronic data exchanges. The state will allow either single or multi-tenant delivery systems with logical separation between tenants.
