About this file

This document is a PowerPoint presentation for an optional pre-quote conference for a state contract opportunity in New Jersey for Communications/Telecommunications Cable, Wire, and Associated Products (Bid Solicitation 22DPP00747 T1778). The contract will be open to Mercer County and the City of Trenton. The PowerPoint provides an overview of the bid solicitation, including submission dates, set-aside requirements, and bid solicitation sections covering topics such as pre-quote submission information, quote submission requirements, scope of work, security requirements, and contract terms. The presentation also highlights common mistakes to avoid when completing the required price sheet. Quotes are due by 2 PM on July 13, 2022.

The presentation emphasizes the importance of properly filling out the state-supplied price sheet, indicating "no charge" if the cost is $0, and not leaving any price lines blank. Vendors are advised not to add any additional language, assumptions, or fees to the price sheet. The presentation also notes that quotes missing mandatory requirements may be deemed non-responsive, while not submitting requested information may impact the technical evaluation score.
