Section Reference Question (Bolded) and Answer

1
1.2.1 and 3.1
Question: I just noticed verbiage on page 5 (Section 1.2.1) under Significant Solicitation Change “Please be advised that antibacterial soap, individually wrapped, has been removed from the Bid Solicitation” However, the Price Sheet contains “Individually Wrapped” specifications. Is individually wrapped supposed to be removed and you will accept unwrapped options?

Answer: As stated in Bid Solicitation Section 3.1, the bar soap offered must be individually wrapped. The State will not accept unwrapped options.

As indicated in Bid Solicitation Section 1.2.1, the antibacterial soap that was previously contracted under the T-0374 Blanket P.O. is not part of this Bid Solicitation.
