About this file
This document is a bid amendment for the State of New Jersey's Department of the Treasury regarding Bid Solicitation #19DPP00435 for T0022 Recycled Trash Bags & Liners for Distribution and Support Services. The bid solicitation includes only recycled products across six price line items and requires a minimum of 10% post-consumer recycled content. Delivery of the liners must be made directly to the Department of the Treasury's Distribution and Support Services location in Trenton, New Jersey. The bid submission due date is November 5, 2020 at 2:00 pm Eastern Time. The document also provides instructions for vendors on how to access pricing information from the previous T0022 procurement.
The bid amendment clarifies that there were no requests for price increases from the current vendors under the existing contract. It also confirms that the state will not accept alternate quotes for virgin content products, and that the Green Seal standard exemption for plastic liners less than 0.7 mil in thickness does not apply, as all six price line items require a minimum of 10% post-consumer recycled content. The state provides guidance to vendors on accessing PDF documents and reviewing submitted quotes to ensure all required documents have been properly completed and attached.
