Contracting Officer’s Overview of Request for Proposal W9124R‐24‐R‐0004 for Yuma Proving Ground Mission Test Support Services
Dear Prospective Offerors, Thank you for submitting your comments regarding the proposed subcontracting participation plan percentages. I listened and made changes based on the received feedback. The biggest change is the NAICS Code will be 541330, Exception 1 instead of 541330.
We are diligently working to finalize the draft Request for Proposal (RFP) to post on SAM.gov to allow you to begin working on your proposals. I am hopeful that the responses to your additional questions as well as draft documents will be posted next week.
I am planning to release the RFP on or about April 1, 2024, with proposals due on May 9, 2024.
As a reminder, anything stated here or in the draft documents is subject to change. The Government’s final requirements are always in writing and you must follow the RFP.
I thank you for your continued support and input.
Jennifer Hastedt Contracting Officer
