The PWS requires contractors to provide new, unused information technology equipment including routers, switches, computers, monitors, printers, and scanners to enhance the Jordan Armed Forces' operational capabilities. Specific requirements include eight Cisco C8300-2N2S-4T2X routers with comprehensive subcomponents and software licensing, 100 Cisco C8200-1N-4T routers with similar configurations, 100 Cisco C9200L-24T-4G-A switches, 100 network modules, 200 Dell Precision 3680 desktop computers (or equivalent), 200 Dell UltraSharp 24" monitors, 100 Dell Mobile Precision 3591 laptops (or equivalent), 100 external USB DVD drives, 150 HP LaserJet Enterprise M507 printers, 50 HP LaserJet Pro multifunction printers, and 50 HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow N7000 scanners. All hardware must include Arabic lettering for keyboards, comply with Jordanian power standards (230V, 50Hz with BS 1363 three-pin plugs), be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant, and include transferable original equipment manufacturer warranties valid for a minimum of 36 months with in-country service support in Jordan. The contractor must designate a Program Manager to oversee all aspects of performance, develop an Integrated Master Schedule, and provide monthly Contract Performance Reports to the Government.
