About this file
This is a Sole Source Procurement Notice from Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) Child Care Resource & Referral Department for Swivl video capture technology. The notice announces MHCC's intent to use Swivl as their sole source provider to facilitate organic video capture with minimal disruption, noting that alternative solutions like iPads with tripods have audio issues or require manual videotaping. The procurement protest deadline is February 19th, 2025, at 4:00 PM, with specific requirements for written protests including legal grounds, harm description, requested relief, and authorized signature.
The estimated contract value is $450,000 over a 5-year period. All protests must be certified mailed and delivered in person to the MHCC Purchasing Agent at their Gresham, Oregon location. The notice explicitly states this is not a solicitation or opportunity, but rather a notification of intent to proceed with a sole source procurement.
