SCHEDULED SITE VISIT

A site visit for solicitation SWHAR16Q0017 has been scheduled for 298 April The site visit will take place at the following location and will start at 0900 (Colombia time)

Location of site visit Tumaco Colombia, specific location will be provided to only the companies attending the site visit.

Attendees must be at the Location main entrance by 0900 am to complete the required sign-in.

A maximum of three (3) representatives per company will be allowed at the site visit. Access to the location requires prior authorization from Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (Aeronautica Civil and Colombian National Police). Only individuals that have been granted access by the appropriate Colombia authorities and US Embassy Bogota INL Base Security Program will be allowed at the site visit. Access requests must be submitted no later than 3:00 pm local time on April 18March 23 2016 to LopezJPX@state.gov and must include the following information:

1. Subject Line: SWHARC16Q0017 - Site Visit Access Request - Name of Company;

2. Full name of all attendees (not to exceed 3 attendees per company);

3. Citizenship of personnel attending;

4. Passport number, place of issue, expiration date (for non-Colombian citizens);

5. If Colombian personnel Colombian CEDULA number with place and date of issue.

Attendees will be required to sign-in utilizing the government-issued identification used to request access (Passport for all non Colombian Citizens and Cedula for all Colombians). Additionally, the attendee must provide acceptable proof of company affiliation. The Woman Owned Small Business representative shall be in attendance at the site visit.

The Department of State will not provide any travel or logistical support for this site visit.

Prospective Offerors will only be allowed to inspect the location of work during the scheduled site visit. No vehicles will be allowed, personnel will walk and should come prepared to do so (lots of sun block and bug spray (ZIKA area). Pictures will be allowed only with direct approval of and under the supervision of the INL and the CNP team.

The purpose of the site visit is to allow prospective Offerors an opportunity to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. Attendance at the site visit is mandatory to be able to quote on the project. Vendors are reminded that FAR Provision 52.237-1 (Site Visit) has been incorporated by reference into this solicitation.

Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing (in English) to the Contracting Officer as described elsewhere in this solicitation. Questions will not be officially answered during the site visit. All questions must be submitted from each Offeror in one submission as soon as possible, but no later than 14 MayApr 2016, so that responses can be provided well in advance of the Date proposal due date. Questions should be sent to Lisa C Goodwine by email GoodwineLC@state.gov with the subject line reading the RFQ number Information provided at this site visit shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. The Contracting Office will provide all amendments and responses to contractor questions, on FedBizOpps (https://www.fbo.gov). Contractors should become familiar with this internet site and check it frequently in the event that solicitation amendments or other new information is posted. Only written correspondence from the Contracting Officer is considered official. Any amendments will be issued on a Standard Form 30. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply.
