September 10, 2024 This is a courtesy notification only on behalf of Sourcewell.

Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, is requesting proposals for #102424, Facility Assessment & Planning with Related Services to result in a contracting solution for use by its Participating Entities. Sourcewell Participating Entities include thousands of governmental, higher education, K-12 education, nonprofit, tribal government, and other public agencies located in the United States and Canada. A full copy of the Request for Proposals can be found on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal [https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov].

*A free account is required to view the list of bidders or proposers who have submitted responses, and to view or download solicitation documents. Simply go to the Sourcewell Procurement Portal - https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov/Module/Tenders/en and click on Create an Account. There is also a help document on the Portal homepage about creating an account.

Per RCW 39.34, advertisement of this solicitation on our website reserves the right to utilize the resulting contract(s) at a future time by way of participating addendum with Sourcewell.

Bid documents will not be made available for download from Washington’s Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS). All documents pertaining to this solicitation, including amendments, must be requested as follows:
