About this file
This file contains Supplier Questions and Answers responses related to a contract opportunity issued by the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) Epidemiology Section in partnership with Augusta University Hospital. The solicitation seeks a single contract for a Community Paramedic to provide follow-up care services to high-risk stroke patients in District 6 East Central Georgia Health District, specifically in Columbia, Jefferson, and Richmond Counties. The Community Paramedic will implement and evaluate an innovative Community Paramedicine Program designed to serve high-risk stroke patients with hypertension who have been discharged from Augusta University Medical Center, either directly home or with home health services. These responses address questions raised by potential suppliers regarding contract requirements, program expectations, service delivery parameters, and other operational details necessary for bidders to develop competitive proposals. This document serves as an amendment to the original solicitation, ensuring all interested parties have access to consistent information and answers that may impact their bid preparation and submission.
