About this file

This is a Supplier Portal Instructions document provided by the State University of New York (SUNY) that guides suppliers on how to access and participate in bid opportunities through the Jaggaer eProcurement System. The document is designed to assist suppliers in registering for and logging into the SUNY Customer Portal to view available procurement opportunities. The instructions are applicable to bid opportunities from SUNY Systems Administration, Stony Brook University, and University at Buffalo. The step-by-step registration process requires suppliers to enter an email address, create an account with company information including legal company name and DUNS number, establish a password, validate their email address, and complete multi-factor authentication to access the bidding portal. Once registered and logged in, suppliers can view all available bid opportunities and submit responses through the system.

The document is supplementary instructional material with no direct pricing terms, contract values, or funding information. However, it references a related Design Services RFQ for the Charles B. Wang Center at SUNY Stony Brook requiring a Life Safety & Code Compliance Assessment, with questions due by August 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. That procurement includes contracting goals of 6.00% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB), 16.00% for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), and 14.00% for Women Business Enterprises (WBE). The portal instructions indicate that suppliers with existing Jaggaer Supplier Network accounts must still create a separate account in the SUNY Customer Portal to access bidding opportunities. Technical support is available through Jaggaer Customer Support at 1-800-233-1121, and additional procurement information is available through the SUNY Means Business website and the New York State Contract Reporter.

Please note that the opportunities available are for SUNY Campuses using the Jaggaer eProcurement System, including SUNY Systems Administration, Stony Brook University, and University at Buffalo. Other SUNY opportunities can be found on the New York State Contract Reporter site.
