About this file

This document contains supplemental instructions for Invitation for Bid (IFB) B-45524 issued by the Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) for Metro Ethernet Transfer Services. DoIT intends to make multiple awards, with each site evaluated and awarded separately to the vendor submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid per site location. Bidders must bid on all line items for a location to be considered for the award of that location, and pricing must include all costs with no additional taxes unless accompanied by proof the State is subject to the tax. The award will be based on the total cost of ownership calculation for each location.

The document outlines pricing requirements, specifying that the lines labeled "option" are not part of the evaluation and will be awarded to the vendor that receives the award for the evaluated lines at each location.
