About this file

This document is a set of Supplemental Instructions for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) for Metro Ethernet Transfer Services. The IFB (B-43891) is seeking multiple awards for this service, with each site being evaluated and awarded separately to the vendor submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid per location. Bidders must bid on all line items for a location to be considered for the award of that location, and the award will be based on the total cost of ownership calculation. The "option" line items will be awarded to the vendor that receives the award for the evaluated lines at each location.

The pricing for this IFB must be submitted by entering the cost per unit of measure on each line item in BidBuy. Prices must include all costs, and bidders are not allowed to include any additional costs due to taxes unless accompanied by proof that the State is subject to the tax.
