About this file

This is a procurement document for a memory upgrade order issued by the State of Maine. The project involves upgrading memory components for two existing Sun V440 servers with 2-CPU configurations. The State of Maine requires eight units of X7711A-4 4GB (2*2GB) DDR1 memory modules to increase each server's memory capacity from 4GB to 16GB. All components must be Sun certified parts and will be shipped directly to the State of Maine's Edison Drive location, with delivery directed to either David Johnson at 207-557-0914 or Jeremy Cotnoir. The State of Maine will handle the installation of all components internally.

The procurement includes a 10% upgrade allowance for existing memory, ensuring compatibility and performance standards. No specific pricing terms, response dates, award dates, or contract term information is provided in this document. All delivered components must meet Sun certification requirements to ensure compatibility with the existing V440 server infrastructure.
