About this file

This is a Subcontractor Summary document related to the City of St. Petersburg's procurement of two Munters HC300 dehumidifiers for the Police Property and Evidence Unit walk-in coolers. The document appears to track subcontractor participation and utilization for this sheltered market opportunity. The procurement requires new units only, with no used, refurbished, or alternate models accepted. While the core solicitation does not specify a formal response deadline within the available summary information, the related contract opportunity indicates proposals are due September 1, 2026. The contract scope is limited to the supply and delivery of two units of the specified Munters HC300 model to support the Police Property and Evidence Unit's operational requirements.

The document reflects subcontractor reporting and tracking obligations typical of capital or construction-adjacent city contracts in Florida. The procurement materials reference public construction bonding, performance and payment bond requirements, and subcontractor utilization and participation tracking, indicating that vendors may need to comply with bonding obligations and report subcontractor involvement. No specific pricing information, contract term, renewal options, set-asides, or funding source details are provided within the subcontractor summary file itself, though the related procurement materials suggest these elements may be addressed in the complete solicitation package and supporting technical specifications for the Munters MC-300 dehumidifiers.
