RFP – Statewide Field Team (SWFT) Tools Automation

Scope of Work The MI Excel Statewide Field Team (SWFT) at the Calhoun Intermediate School District seeks to outsource the continued development of our automation of tools to receive and store performance metrics in a secure manner and allow the entered metrics to be retrieved, edited and deleted in a web interface. This data is currently entered through a php form and stored in a Microsoft SQL relational database. Users would be given the ability to access, edit, and delete only the data they have been given access to based on tables stored in the database and Word Press user sessions.

The selected vendor will provide an experienced, professional development team to assess needs, design the edit forms and test security.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) details our requirements for the product and process deliverables as well as guidelines for proposal submission.

The automation of tools is being developed to continue enhancement of the effectiveness of the Blueprint Installation suite of tools in an electronic form.
