About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the resurfacing of accordion walls in the Ray Evans Conference Center at the United States Coast Guard Headquarters. The project involves removing existing wall coverings, preparing panels with contact cement, and installing new wall coverings on 32 16-foot panel faces (64 total faces), estimated at 350 yards of standard wall with heavy acrylic backing. The work will require approximately two weeks of closure and aims to update the space with easier-to-clean and more visually appealing wall coverings for the conference center, which originally had walls installed in 2012.

The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside using NAICS code 236220, with quotes due by noon Eastern Time on July 30, 2025, to be submitted via email to Samuel.T.Salerno@uscg.mil. The government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract, with contractors required to complete a SF 1442 form and have an active SAM.gov registration. The period of performance is one year from the award date, with work to be performed at the USCG facility in Washington, DC, and contractor employees required to be escorted and comply with government facility regulations.
