The department seeks to obtain 65 Glock G45 MOS Gen 5 ACRO handguns with Aimpoint ACRO P2 sights and AG NTF/NTR sights in matte finish (model PA455S302MOS7A1-D). No substitute bids will be accepted, and only the specified manufacturer model is eligible for bidding. The solicitation requires electronic bid responses through the PA Supplier Portal, with all interested vendors required to register for a vendor number prior to submission. The completed items must be shipped to Clint Youngfleish at 1 Rockview Place, Bellefonte, PA 16823. While no specific expected delivery date is stated in the statement of work, the manufacturer is responsible for keeping a department representative apprised of progress, completion benchmarks, and expected delivery timelines.

All bidders must be authorized Glock dealers or distributors licensed to sell to Pennsylvania law enforcement, and must possess both a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and a Pennsylvania Firearms License. Copies of authorization to sell in Pennsylvania and both licenses must be attached to the bid response; if not included, the Department of Corrections may request these documents within three business days of bid submission. All products must comply with DOC security requirements, and the department reserves the right to require packaging modifications to meet security standards before award issuance. Product approval may be contingent upon packaging changes. If the DOC determines that a product poses a security threat post-award, the department may cancel the award with written notification detailing the security concern or allow the contractor to replace the product with a compliant alternative at the same price. Payment shall be made upon satisfactory delivery of all merchandise.
