About this file

This document is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Residential Cleaning and Gardening services issued by the U.S. Embassy in London. The BPA has an estimated total value of £130,000 ($177,000), with individual orders not exceeding £3,000 ($3,900), and is valid for five years. The services required include comprehensive residential cleaning tasks across all rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, property exterior, and upholstery, as well as gardening services such as mowing grass, cutting shrubs, and removing weeds.

The Embassy will select one or more vendors to provide these services in the Greater London area, with the understanding that the BPA is non-contractual and does not guarantee a specific volume of business. Vendors must provide indicative pricing for review, and the Embassy reserves the right to cease placing orders with any vendor unable to meet performance requirements. Additionally, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), with business value limited to $30,000 until registration is complete.
