About this file

This is a draft Statement of Work (SOW) for printer lease and services issued by the 42d Air Base Wing (42ABW). The contract requires the contractor to continue leasing currently installed multifunction devices (MFDs) with copying, printing, scanning, and faxing capabilities at various 42ABW locations. The period of performance is one year from the date of award.

The contractor's primary responsibilities include four main tasks: (1) continuing the equipment lease for all installed MFDs; (2) providing comprehensive maintenance services including preventative maintenance, on-call remedial maintenance, parts replacement, and labor with specified service call response timeframes and temporary replacement equipment if repairs cannot be completed promptly; (3) establishing a system for ordering and delivering consumables such as toner, staples, and supplies (excluding paper), potentially including an automated monitoring system that triggers reorders; and (4) submitting monthly reports documenting equipment usage, service call history, and supply orders. The contractor must maintain a workforce of trained and certified technicians, ensure personnel comply with security regulations and base access requirements, maintain adequate spare parts inventory, and provide a clear process for service requests and supply orders. The Government will provide facility access during normal working hours and designate a single point of contact for contract coordination.
